With over three decades of executive leadership across the United States and the UAE, Mohamed has deep, hands-on expertise in business development, strategy, and operations. Since founding Megillion Management Consultancy in 2017, he has led complex government and corporate engagements, structured transactions across governance, finance, marketing, and support services, and built pipelines across key sectors including education, healthcare, oil & gas, and financial services. His consultancy work is further reinforced by earlier senior roles at Global Vision Consultancy and Vecta Strategy, where he developed agile business models, managed a real estate portfolio valued at AED 1.3 billion, and delivered transformational solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
Prior to his consulting career, he held influential operational leadership positions at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, where he managed three high-volume contact centers with 180 staff, generated over AED 289 million in credit card balances, and led the unit to ISO 9001 certification and a Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award. At Western Union in Dallas, he directed a multilingual financial call center of 200 employees, improved service levels to above 88%, and was selected to represent his center on a company-wide Quality Improvement Council. Across every role, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive efficiency, build customer-centric cultures, and deliver measurable financial and operational results — making him a versatile and high-impact leader in both corporate and consultancy settings. This all started with a strong academic foundation, including an MBA in Marketing from City University and a BA from the American University of Paris.
