Nasouh Nabulsi

Nasouh Nabulsi is a senior finance and investment executive with over 23 years of sector-agnostic experience spanning the UAE, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, holding credentials including a CPA, CFA, MBA from HEC Montréal, and executive programs at Wharton and Oxford. His career spans roles at PwC, Forvis Mazars, and several private and quasi-sovereign entities, with deep expertise in M&A, financial planning, restructuring, PPPs, and capital allocation across industries such as real estate, manufacturing, education, fintech, and infrastructure. He has held senior leadership positions including Director of M&A, Head of Finance, and interim CFO roles, overseeing AED 500+ million in transactions and leading complex deals such as a USD 136 million business divestiture from a quasi-sovereign group. Currently serving as Head of Finance at Hadeed Emirates Contracting, he is a Canadian national based in Abu Dhabi holding a UAE Golden Visa, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
