Dr. Fathi Khalil

Dr. Fathi Saleh Khalil is a Management and Human Development Consultant holding a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Bath and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Khartoum. He has extensive consulting experience with prestigious institutions such as the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, specializing in organizational structure design, workforce planning, performance evaluation, and training strategy development. Dr. Khalil has also served as a university professor at institutions including the University of Gezira and Abu Dhabi Police College, teaching disciplines such as strategic management, change management, and total quality management. A published author with an international reach spanning the UAE, Oman, Egypt, and Sudan, his notable works include "The Future of Human Resource Management in the Era of Artificial Intelligence" (2023), alongside several books and articles on personnel management and competency-based training.
