Rajesh Navsaria

Rajesh Navsaria is a seasoned C-suite finance executive and consultant with over 40 years of experience across the aluminium, aviation, and manufacturing industries, currently based in Dubai, UAE. He founded Navsaria Consulting FZE in 2021, providing strategic, financial, and governance advisory services, following a distinguished corporate career with global multinationals including Rio Tinto Alcan, Alcan Inc., and Al Ghurair Group. His most notable roles include Acting CFO of Oman Air, Group CFO at Gulf Extrusions, and Board Director at Oman Aluminium Rolling Co., where he led business turnarounds, financial restructuring, and M&A activities including acquisitions, spin-offs, and hostile takeover defence strategies.
